Allow Rental for Accounts

Description
Currently move-ins are allowed only for contacts, we need to allow accounts also.
Have a setting called 'Allow move in for Accounts'
on the new Resident screen, we should be able to add a tenant (account). we need to have a radio button with resident and account as options
In the move in screen, if the account name is filled, move in the account and make the person as contact
- Status changed from New to Closed
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
