Description

currently A project manager can approve all time entries for the members even on projects where he doesn't have permission/
we need to have Approvers per project.

need a check box setting 'Approver can only approve his project Time entries'

we need to use the existing table wk_status to attach each time_entry status

we will need a checkbox in front of the each row in the timesheet for selecting and approving.
only when all rows are approved, the whole timesheet is considered approved
